About the Temple under Study

Though the temple houses three deities, it is referred to as LAKSHMINARASIMHA TEMPLE. The temple is a soap-stone structure. The temple has a tower over the shrine for SRIDHARA. The central cell has a SHUKANAASI (ಶುಕನಾಸಿ). All the three cells open into a common  NAVARANGA. The MUKHAMANTAPA (ಮುಖಮಂಟಪ) of the temple is a later addition and is not HOYSALA in style.
